getting error -1073807257 when opening visa

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but when I use a demo for my HP34970 in labview 5.0 I have no problem. But when I'm using the same demo in labview 6.0.2 I'm getting error -107307257. The demo is in the HP34970A driver!

The best way to troubleshoot such a problem is to use NI-Spy to capture what is going through the VISA dll. There's a few help files that may help decode the output:
