getting the item names of function palette

I want to get the names of all the items in function palette and controls palette as it appears on the palette. the paletteAPI is useful for getting many item names but it returns the code for inbuilt functions. is there any way that i can put all the item names (Exactly as they appear on the palette) in a tree structure

There is a VI in the "Rusty Nails" section of the LAVA forums that might help you do what you want, but you might need to read up a bit about enabling undocumented features
