Maybe this VI can help you.

As Pnt said, the Main vi will be inactive while the subVI runs, so I don't think it will work. But many thanks.

To access (read) the value of the Stop-Button of your Main Vi inside the SubVi, you can pass the reference and use property node 'Value' in your loops.
Simply right-click on the button terminal and select Create>Reference, Create a Control for that and cut-n-paste it into your SubVi. Use Apllication Palette>Property node and select property Value. Wire the button reference via the Control on the property node in your SubVi inner loop. Or the value with the normal loop stop condition.

I follow you to the point about seclecting Value. But what am I going to wire the property node to then? The Stop Button? Because The wire that comes out where it says Value, is not the same as a normal boolan wire.

Ahh, I see, you get Variant data. You need to type-cast it: right-click on the node and select Variant palette, there you find a Variant to data VI. Use any boolean (e.g. a constant, the value is of no matter) as type, so you get a boolean.
And this you now can OR with the stop condition, and then to the stop terminal of the loop.

The property node in the subvi... should that be read or write? Should the constant be attached to the 'variant' or 'data' wireing and where should the node be attached to?

I am sorry that I ask this many questions, but I really want to learn something new about LabVIEW with this program that I am writting.

Maybe...

If the boolean has a latch mechanical action , you can not set the property

what would be the correct latch mechanical action then?
