I know you removed the reads and writes (global variables for write) for demo purposes. But do you think what I had done before in terms of the read and writes was correct? I still have my confusion for the reads but was the global variable thing correct?

Sorry to keep bothering you. Can you tell me how the read for the hard start-stop button should be addressed , like the  create channel and read lines?

Now this goes back to a question answered much earlier in the thread.

See reply #26 and there about.  You will have to browse for the I/O path that is established for your data acquisition card.

According to message 57 "The mux_try9 version won't work. It only reads the Read1 .. Read6 tasks once each before entering the Tstat subVIs. Those DAQ reads must be inside the loops also to be consistent with your earlier VIs."

How do I configure and polace the reads and writes in the demo version that was sent by Lynn. Please help. I need to get this completed ASAP.

I updated the demo versions you sent. Could you please take a look. I changed a few things. But I am still unable to figure the reads out.

I have been fighting the flu bug going around here. I hope I can get something for you in the next day or two. It seems my boss has this crazy idea that I should get some of my work done, too.

Really sorry to hear about the flu. I don't mean to push you but you have given me some great insight and tips that why I asked for your help. I'm really sorry if I expected too much. Don't mean to make you take time off your work. Take care.
