having problem on my project

i currently doin my coll project about temperature control system using usb 6008, there are so many daqmx function in the labview 8.0, any1 able to guide me how to use it ? this  is my attachment on my design and i initialise it by constant, i dunno how to modify so that it can input the signal.

The best place to start with things like this is with the examples that ship with LV. There you will find simple VIs that demonstrate acquiring single datapoints or arrays of measurements from the '6008. Check those out (along with the documentation) and if you have specific questions come back, we'll see if we can come up with specific answers for you .

Above all don't get intimidated by the number of different functions, most of them are for special cases that you won't need.
