help me about the meaning of error notice:NI LOGOS 5.0 installing fail

When install my build program, two notice dialogue box:

(1)NI Logos 5.0 installing fail.

(2)NI Certificates Deployment Support installing fail.

I don't know the meaning of it. If fails, is there any bad influence on my program?

My build enviroment is 8.5 chinese version.
