help window screenshot

Is there a clever way to get a screenshot of LabVIEW's help window only?

Currently, I hit <Alt>-<Print Screen>, then cut and paste the Help Window from Notepad; but the entire VI's front panel goes to Notepad, so the cutting part is rather tedious.

Not to sound blunt, but have you tried to google on screen capture programs? MWSnap is a very good one.
