Possible Solution:

Uninstall DAQmx and re-install NI-DAQmx 8.0 from this location:   http://digital.ni.com/softlib.nsf/websearch/4C9E45F6EE5C29F98625708900712CBC?opendocument&node=132060_US

This may fix it if you were beta testing earlier versions of NI-DAQmx

I have never beta tested and this is were I downloaded it from to start with. I have a new PC and going to do a clean install of LV 8 and Daq 8 and see what happens when I try  to do the same build.

Ok I just could not do a clean install on a new PC without getting it to work on this 1.

I used MSIBLAST and uninstalled all NI software

I then reinstalled LV8 and then reinstalled daqmx8.0.

After this I created a new project as I did before and created an installer and it build just fine.
