is it possible in labview 7x .   in a vi at certen point when buton is pressed (true)then a messag (string ) apear  in motion (mean falashing/blinking or moving randomly or one point to other   )

Yes of course.

The message has to be a vi you write. Then you can do everything - make it blink, move around or whatever you want.
