how can I write my results to excel in one sheet in perticular row?

Keep in mind that you can still create a 2D Comma Separated Value (or Tab Separated Value) text file and then just open it with MS Excel.  After you open it once in Excel you can save it as a true .XLS file.  If you MUST generate the Excel file directly from LabVIEW you'll have to either learn ActiveX (that is MicroSoft's, not National Instrument's) or buy the Report Generation Toolkit ($520) as Gerd mentioned.
