If you're talking about analyzing a picture (or video frames) for metrological purposes there are many ways.  Especially if you have the Ni-Vision toolkits.  You'll have to be more specific with your questions and system details to get more specific help on this.

ok,but when i use ni vision,i got the area,but now i nead to get this area for example of a ballon with video analysis throug labview program,not through ni vision,do u undersand me now?
