how do I control polar plot in north oriented degrees rather than radians?

The polar plot PG angle labels.vi allows the user to rotate the
cardinal bearings wherever they are needed. The data do not follow the
settings of the labels, allowing serious error in presentation. How
would I rotate the data to a north-upwards zero degree orientation
much like you would see from, say, a compass?
