how do I get a user manual for the USB-6501?

How do I get a user manual for the USB-6501? I tried to download but your site requires nihelp to read it. When I tried to get the package manager to get nihelp, it won't install because it requires a 64-bit computer and I'm stuck on a 32-bit machine to do my job.

What happened to simply providing PDF files?

Google search for USB 6501.  The first link brings you to a product page.  At the bottom of the page is a link for manuals, which leads you to the same page that jwscs posted.

i think that was exactly the way i did it ... except i changed my localization to english afterwards

That's what I did.  But the manual link kept sending me to the nihelp page which wanted ni package manager installed ... ya da ya da
