how do i convert unassigned long 32 bit integer data to double 64 bit real data

i current have data in unassigned long 32 bit integer format. however i need to be able to convert this data into 64 bit real data format in order to analyze the data. How does one go about doing this operation. thanks for your help

I don't think his problem is quite that simple.

Where did the binary data com from? Is it unscaled data from a DAQmx Read?
