how should I init a pci-6527 in visual basic and labview

I need to init a pci-6527 in labview and visual basic, in visual basic I open the component cwdaq.ocx and add it. Then I select CWDIO and when init the pci-6527, it not gives me the ports, it wich has to give me a valor diferent of Zero, it wich is 6.
