how to achieve the image blur

- You should note the used LV version as not everyone is able to use the current (newest) version... (For others: attachment in LV2010)

- The attachment should be equivalent. If not it gives you some ideas for improvement. (Hint: always do "constant" operations outside of loops!)

Dagh! Thanks for pointing out the version thing. Of course I see the merit of your changes, but for some reason the results differ (I'm sure you can do a little test to see what I mean)! Also, of course the most time consuming portion of this VI is the double for-loop going through each pixel of the image so... the improvement is minor. But still tangible! Thanks!
