I BUILD THE EXE FILE AFTER 3 MONTH EXE WILL ASK TO USER  THE LICENSE CODE.

Just a warning ahead: trying to implement licensing in your program is hard even if you go with the TPLAT which takes care of the nitty gritty technical details and lets you choose to let the provider care about the platform for your payments and license management (for a substantial chunk of your license fees).

Unless you have a product that is a super duper killer app and you plan to sell several 1000 times or more, you will come to the conclusion that implementing licensing in your software program is simply a hassle without offering any adequate compensation for the additional trouble you get over your head by choosing for the licensing path.
