how to blank value of 1 coloum with other coloum

I have 2 D array. 1 array having some blank value i want to replace this blank value with othor coloum of 2D Array.

Example is given below.

X                       Y

1.023589           0.2564

2.3698542        

3.598642           0.26942

5.369874          

pls suggest.
