how to calibrate MEMS Gyro in Labview?

I have a PCB which is mounted with single axis Gyro,dual axis Gyro and 3 axis Accelerometer.How to determine whether these sensors require calibration or not? If calibration is required,how can this be done in Labview

You will need to check the sensor manufacturers' data sheets to find out about calibration. After you have that information, then you can determine how to implement the process.  Typically MEMS devices do not have any calibration capability because of the way they are made. The associated signal conditioning circuits may require calibration. Similarly, it is always wise to perform an overall calibration of any measurement system.
