how to change .net version for system.speech from 3.0.0.0 to 4.0.0.0 in labview code

When I run the attached code it shows an error "expected system.speech version is 3.0.0.0 but found 4.0.0.0"

How to change system.speech version from 4.0.0.0 to 3.0.0.0 in the attached code.
