how to check version of VISA

I need to control a power supply (Agilent 6700B) so I've downloaded this driver agn6700 from the website page:

but on that same page it says Required Software: NI-VISA 3.0

now the computer that has labview has no internet connection, I can't do an automatic update on it or anything.... so, I'm wondering how can I check what version of VISA is installed on that computer?

Open MAX (Measurement & Automation Explorer), expand the 'software' listing, find NI-VISA.

Note that 'required software' means the minimum version as is clearly stated. If you have something greater than 3.0, you should be just fine.
