how to convert voltage into db which we are getting from usb9234

i wants to measure sound frequency and its amplitude with usb module ni9234. i am getting signals in form of voltage.

now how we will measure it in db or its frequency with with 1/3 and 1/1 octave analysis.

 please send me any simple example.
