Hi,
We definitely need more information than that in order to help you.
This seems like it is more like what you might want, but it is hard to be sure:
https://www.ni.com/en/shop/labview/monitor-interact-test.html
or one of these:

Thanks,
D Smith

An attracting front panel can be achieved through a very big electromagnet. Or with the help of beautiful women. 🙂

If you use a CRT for a monitor, sometimes the static buildup on the screen can be attracting. It might even zap you and it will become an electrifying front panel! 😄

Can you tell us what type of instrument you are referring to?
There are so many and the look and feel would be different based on what it is.

Actually i mean to design like an actual instruments look.
Also giving the look of a mechanical system. like valve open close, flow of liquid and others

Check out the UI Interest Group. You will find tutorials and examples of doing exactly what you would like to do.
<shamelessPlug>The current round of LabVIEW Developer Education Days conferences includes a presentation on this topic (I will be giving one tomorrow in Houston). Check it out if you live close to where one is being conducted. Go to this link and click on your location to find one in your area (I believe US and Canada only for this round).</shamelessPlug>.
