how to do DNL& INL Analysis for ADC

Hello All,

I am testing and ADC using Labview and I have done power spectral, THD and SINBAD analysis for the same. Now I want to do DNL & INL for the same.

Can someone suggest how LabView can be used to do such analysis.

But actually I am using different setup to test ADC and now I have generated the LVM file from this data.Now I want to do DNL & INL analysis using this file .

Please suggest how to do these analysis.
