how to draw vectors

I want to draw velocity distribution , the datas given are the diretion and the magnitude.The direction also should be indicated using aroow mark.Anybody body please help ma.I dont know how to draw it in labview.

Take a look at the attached vi. You should be able to tailor it to your needs.
