how to edit type def table

I would like to add another string column for this type def table. I am not sure how to do. can some one help me out? thanks a lot. I have attached my ctls here.

I took your Bit Table control and simply added a new string control to it. You were not using the FS Bit.ctl in the FS BIT Table.ctl so updating that had no effect. However it was a very simple task to add another string to your FS BIT Table.ctl.

thanks a lot. I am trying to add one more row for the table. it got messed up. see attached picture. I am not sure what is wrong.
