how to get fixed number fo pulses from DAQ

hi everybody

i have a small question, i have generated an analog pulse from a normal function generator and then i take that output to my NI USB-6212 DAQ on channel AI0. and i made a small program that shows the generated output on waveform, now i want that i could get the number of pulses what i needed, i mean suppose i need two periods so i have some sort of trigger button on my vi and when it pressed it should show that much periods of pluse for specific time, any body have some idea how could i do this.plz have a look on this attachment as well

Hi Hussain,

Have you looked in the NI Example Finder to VIs that generate PWM and AnalogOutput (AO?). In the example finder (help>>Find Example) it gives you information on what devices can use the examples - simply look for the ones which says USB-6212 DAQ.
