how to give FDS format file to labview, i am using Hitachi Fluorescence spectrophotometer and it will give output file as FDS format(x-axis as a wavelength and y-axis as intensity)

I am using labview d.vi software,  I want to execute FDS format data in LabVIEW Application Builder. Version 8.5 of the Run-Time Engine. this FDS format file containing X-axis data as WAVELENGTH in nanometer and Y-axis as INTENSITY in numbers. 

or else i can convert this FDS format data file into MS-Excell format and execute in labview d.vi application builder, so please let me know how to do execution.
