how to increase depth of an image in bw

hello

I need to take a printot of an image  in colour. and also the xy graph x axis showing all axis minor and major.but in saving or prntout it giving in x axis only major axis. if we make a graph in excel it shows all axis means major and minor ans also it will get in print out.

get image funtions gives in BW only major axis and in other bit of images it shows all data or all images. but in BW it shows in x axis only x axis major axis.

two questions

1. i need minor axis also what wild do?

2.how to increase depth of an image which we saved?
