Any suggestion how to increase font size in the Help of LabView 2019 under Windows 7 ? On the 19" screen the lowercase characters are 1.8 mm big only. No readable from 60-70cm without magnifying lens.

Hold CTRL and roll your mouse wheel. This works in 2012.

This only temporarily changes the zoom level and resets next time the Help is opened. If you click Options->Internet Options, you'll see that the Help file is essentially an extension of Internet Explorer. And since HTML has font sizes embedded in the code, you can't really change them other than using the zoom feature. Font sizes can be ignored in the Accessibility page of Internet Options but if you use IE for your main browser, web pages will look like crap.

What is your resolution on your monitor? Perhaps the resolution is too high?

I have monitor with resolution of 1280x720 pixels.
Function CTRL+ doesn't work for LabView2019 Help.
Currently, I am printing LabView2019 Help into XPS files to be ready to read it. The XPS files can bee zoomed with CTRL+ function. Unfortunately, the printing of LabView2019 Help needs much time.

Odd. I was really expecting you to say you had some super resolution like 3000 x 2000. It seems like those are the situations where people complain about on screen items being too small.

I don't have 3000 x 2000. Under this resolution probably nothing is visible. The basic resolution is is enough. Yes, one way is to decrease the resolution to 800 x 600 pixels. But, I assume the professional software like LabView should have an option to set font size for Help and Menus.

LabVIEW help is a standard help (compiled html, or .chm) file; therefore, unless you use tricks like those mentioned above, you're stuck with what you have. I suppose you can use a .chm editor to change stuff around, but I would highly discourage going down that path...
Maybe you can fault LabVIEW for using such an archaic help system (although why fix what's not broke?), but blame Microsoft for the issue you are having...
