how to interact with labview

HI, I m completely new to outputting labview programs to actual devices. I have a program written in LabVIEW 8.5, an i have a NI USB 6008, with which I hope to control a XY table, and a rotatie about Z, using 3 stepper motors. I have the motor's working using a PCB, but have no idea how to interact with the program. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Well I dont Know if this is the correct forum or not. Anyway. My problem is that DAQ assistant does not appear on LabView although 6925 E DAQ deviced is recognized on PC. Could anyone help me?
