how to make an exe file in labview 7.0................

Basically im interested in making an exe file of my latest project ..............but cant find a way how make an stand alone executable file ..........................can someone help me awaitng answer...............

Do you have the application builder toolkit?  That is needed to build your LabVIEW code into an .exe.

If you either have

1. LabVIEW professional or higher OR
2. have installed the application builder.

You would find this option under "Tools...Built application or shared library".

If you don't have this menu entry, you only have LabVIEW base or full.

No i dont have the labview application builder toolkit installed ......................can I download for free from internet ....................im currently using labview 7.0 Express

No, the Application Builder is not free. You need to order it from NI.

(If you need it just once, maybe somebody here can built the application for you.) 🙂

hello..

   i just made a labview .exe file..i do it by application builder..
It shows error..   missing of  file path of an  Icon.. it is in NI Library file..
Why it is not taking the path from there...
 it also showing error that.it may be due to the moving or deleting the File..
The program is running good before making buid..
Please suggest a Solution to debugg this problem soon..
