how to make exe in labview8,is it comes in the same package or have to procure separately

i want to make exe for a particular vi.in the help file it says go to tools>>Build executable but no build executable option is coming under tools.what is the procedure to do that?

There are two obvious possibilities: Either your installation is not correct or you don't have the application builder included in your LV package.

To find out if the application builder should be included or not, you can use this link https://www.ni.com/en/shop/labview/select-edition.html

If you check the link I posted, you see that LV full development system does not include the application builder.

What do you mean with "in the cd it is written"?
