how to make the gate logic connection with a knob

in the Annex, the picture shows you turn an input or another, but when I try to make the connection with the knob, an error appears.
I need to connect the two sides.

Try changing the numeric representation of your knob to be an integer type and use a case structure to determine which gate to light.
