can you tell me how to scroll down and up labview front panel. i can just scroll up once in run mode then not working scroll up and down by mouse. and i cant see scroll up/down bar.

The visibility of the scrollbar is configured in "VI properties... windows appearance" and by default they are visible. (They are no visible if you pick the default settings for "top level application window" or "dialog", so customize as needed)

Simply don't hide them!
