Dr Levy and his group from the University of Pittsburgh used intensity plots for that type of image (they were doing ANSOM and other varioations of AFMs).

Please let us know if that helps or hurts.

If you want to use an intensity plot then search this forum for "intensity plot" and check out the many examples with a focus on the examples by Christain Altenbach.

If you want to do this in 3d then start by down loading the example I posted in this thread where I posted a worse-case 3d example with image like this.

For STM I don't think you will want to model multiple slices but if so serach on "Ben 3d mouse tendon".

I will try out your sample program to study to understand. But I still not understand the secret to creating 3D even have helped to create 3D.

3d is not easy and few people know how to produce 3d graphs. "Gird up your loins" if you decide to go with the 3d version.

I still think you should be chasing the intensity plot (hint search on intensity plot and lok for Dr. Christian Altenbach's wonderfull examples).

Maybe its time for me to set your expectations.

Dr. Altenbach like myself and many others that answer questions in this forum are voluteers here to help others in their spare time. They do not repsond to personal requests unless they are inclined to do so. We have been posting examples and answer question for years and all of our answers are serachable.

So please don't expect someone to jump to your call.

Please attempt to do a search using those two search terms to find out what he already posted. I'll even get you started (this time ONLY) with THIS LINK.

Please go through those links and try to do it yourself based on his examples. If you have trouble with YOUR code, post it (and an image of same) and possibly someone will be abel to suggest how to proceed. Either way, it start with you.

This is a program that I have made, but it can not create a bad image to 3D.

Please check my program. Thank you

Did you look at the other examples I posted?

Your code is using the wizard thingies and shows no signs of you attempting anything shown in the other thread.
