Hey Edu,

This is a VISnippet. If you use LV2009 you should be able to just drag and drop the screenshot into a VIs Blockdiagramm.

Well I use LabVIEW 8.6.1, but I will try anyway

if I can't do it, could you save it for previous version and upload it to me?

Thanks

Edu,

Snipts only work on LV 2009. But I saved this VI for 8.6 for your convenience.

Notice again that LabVIEW Control Design and Simulation Module is an addon to LV that have to installed in the machine before using the VI in attachment.

PS: Also look at shipping examples for Control and Simulatation for other features in this module.

Thanks Barp!

Let's see if I understand, I have LabVIEW professional version 8.6.1

so I have to buy this addon, or I can download it here in NI site?

Yes, Control Design and Simulation (CD&SIM) this is an additional module for LabVIEW Professional. Here is our website:

http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/206895

You can have downloads for 30 days evaluation, but notice also that this is our latest version 2009. This module also allows you to create and analyze any transfer function, create advanced control systems, simulate and validate your model with real data and so on.

Now, I understand that if you only want to add two rational polynomial, this is acan be a though sell Smiley Happy ... then, another option is to use the VIs available in "Mathematics>>Polynomial>>Rational Polynomial" and get the "Add Rational Polynomial" function. It doesn't have the "bells and whistles" we put into CD&SIM like the front panel equations, but does the calculation you want...

Hope this helps!
