I just want to know how it could be, i want to save and read the file in the same vi,......?

What exactly are you having trouble with. Unless you're not telling us something, it's easy. The Write LabVIEW Measurement has an output called File Name Out and Read labVIEW Measurement has an input called File Name. Wire the output to the input.
