how to read the strings form a spread sheet file back into LABVIEW as strings

I want to read the headings (which was written into the file as strings)of my spreadsheet file into LANVIEW program in terms of strings. I can not figure out how to achieve it by"read from spreadsheet file vi". The illustration is not clear or easy to understand at all.
