how to reconfigure crio 9012 controller after format?

Dear Sir

I am using labview 2012 .I am totally new to cRIO based (9012) controller. first i set up network connection as a "Obtain IP address automatically" and
i connect crio 9012 controller to my Pc directly trough the RJ-45 connector.At that time Crio 9012 was detected in NI MAX (my remote system).
At that time Power LED was always on & States LED was once getting on after that getting off. but i checked ipconfig in command promt .
It showed some IP address.in Network Connection It showed "undefined Network connection" so i decide to configure the controller freshly.
i format the crio controller by using States Dip switch ON position and it showed formet completed sucessfully.
After that i changed States DIP switch and reset the controller . Right now i am facing proplem . i don't know how to configure the
crio controller. Now controller is not detecting in NI MAX (my remote system) . But It shows "undefined Network connection" in Network Connection.
Right now Power LED always in ON position & States LED also in ON position . Please help me to reconfigure the Crio controller as soon as possible.

Hi edisonvinoth,

There are few things you'll need to check on your cRIO first time use:

1. What is the dip switches on your cRIO that is currently switched on?
2. Is your safe mode dip switch switched on as well?

Have you tried the steps mentioned in page 6 of the following link?: http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/372596b.pdf
