Just to double check, if you are trying to measure 0 volts, you will
want to tie your postive and negative pins together, and make sure they
are both tied to ground. Assuming you have done this and are
getting calibration errors, you can do an internal calibration of your
board by going to: Start>>Programs>> National
Instrument>>NI-RIO>>PXI-7833R>>Calibrate NI 783x
Device. If after doing this you still don't achieve the results
you need, you can do an external calibration of your device. NI
provides this service as well as other metrology labs. Calibration of
the 783x is covered in
Chapter 3 of the 783x User Manual.
