how to specify the size of a tank

Hi,

I am a labVIEW beginner . In the example given in PID toolkit - Simultion-tanklevel.vi  , how to specify the size of a tank in sq.mt. In the properties window there are height and width options but what are their units. Also how to specify the required flow rate .

I'm looking at that example now.  I don't see what you are talking about for height and width options for the properties window?  What properties window?

What units and sq. meters are you looking for?  The example is just a simulation based on unitless parameters such as setpoint and valve percentages?

To Ravens fan,

The properties window opens from the properties option when you right click on the tank. Height and width options are clearly seen there but their units are not known (atleast to me). Though the vi is not based on any units ,how can it be modified so that we can simulate on a 2 sq.mt tank area.

That's the heigth and width of the LabVIEW indicator in screen pixels, not the dimensions of the simulated tank.
