our lab had bought a labview 7.0 one years ago, and installed in a computer that doesn't connect intenet.
then how can I update this version to 8.0?

There is no update available to go from 7 to 8. You have to buy the upgrade from 7 to 8, and it's sent to you on CD. Contact your local NI sales rep, or just call NI.
