I am not sure about your question.

What I understood is, you want to control a system from labview. Ok, What NI instrument or other you are using currently?

How much voltage or current do you need?

If you have a USB 6008/6009 then you can get maximum of 5v from it. Is it enough to drive your device?

If so, please watch this and you will have all the information here.http://techteach.no/tekdok/usb6009/index.htm

The SCB-68 is not a data acquisition device. It's a terminal block. It's used to interface a data acquisition device to your sensors. The PXIe-1082 is just a chassis. You actually need to plug in a data acquisition card into the chassis.

Please contact your local NI sales rep, as they can help you pick out the components you need.
