hello everyone i was also after the same problem for few months.i want my labview app to make a call to a remote mobile number, and when the called party picks up the phone, i want to play a prerecorded(.wav format) voice message over the phone line so that the called party can hear the message .

i made a vi which can call a phone number and play audio over phone. But only a small part of the voice message can be heard on the phone.i think this is dueto some buffer problems. I used the dialup modem within my laptop to connect to analog telephone line

no I must send one or more prerecorded voice messages to one or more phones, using the pstn line.

to enable the playback simply respond or the respondent must activate a button?
you can send me your example? I think it is the right solution.

Are these for telemarketing purposes, where you phone a sequential list of numbers and pretend that the person who answers the phone has just won a prize?

as i said it doesn't function properly, because only small part of the sound file is being played over the phone.
do u use a gsm modem. if yes. i will send you the code and give the instructions. maybe it works with an external modem.i never tried with it. i used my laptops dialup modem

perhaps I expressed myself badly!
I do not want to do anything illegal.
I just want to send a voice alarm message  from my application, on the pstn line, to a mobile stop.
