i am trying to connect a tektronix oscilloscope and a keithley 3390 waveform generator

how is it possible to manage the oscilloscope and the waveform generator at the same time using labview... 

i am new to labview and have no experience.

i have connected the tektronix oscilloscope to labview and there is a built in program but i don't know how to connect the two

LabVIEW 101 is an excellent place to start   http://www.ni.com/academic/students/learnlabview/

And then download the scope driver (Help>Find Instrument Drivers) from NI, the 3390 driver from Keithley's web site, and review the Using Drivers info on the Instrument Driver Network. For project style drivers, you will have examples in Help>Find Examples>Hardware Input and Output>Instrument Drivers>LabVIEW plug and Play.
