Hi dipneusti,
I hope you're doing well. It sounds like you can get the DAQCard 6062E fine with the Traditional NI-DAQ drivers most of the time, but sometimes you will receive this "base address" error. With the DAQmx driver, it sounds like you are able to run the test panels, but you simply don't see any readings. Does the device get detected by Windows XP? You can check this in the Windows Device Manager. Does the card show up under both NI-DAQmx Devices and Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) Devices consistently in the Measurement & Automation Explorer? This will help us pin-point the issue a bit. Also, if you do get the test panels to run with the card using the DAQmx driver, I would be interested to see if you can run the following DAQ Diagnostic Utility. This will test the functionality of the card, and measure internal voltages to make sure th card is still within specification. Lastly, I would be curious to know if this behavior happens on another laptop as well. If you have access to another one, see if you can try this as well. Let us know how this turns out, and we will continue helping you with the issue. Thanks!

Hi Serkan,
If the diagnostic utility is also having trouble with the card and you see the same behavior on multiple PCs, it seems the issue is in the DAQCard hardware itself. If this is the case, there may be a little bit of troubleshooting left to do, but we may want to have you create a service request with us to to work on this either via email or by phone. That way if we need to repair the card, we can help you do so quickly. You can create a service request at ni.com/support by click on the Request Support From An Engineer Link on the left hand side. Hope to hear from you soon.
