Modern version of LabVIEW do not. There once was a toolkit for creating C code for specific processors. But that is no longer supported. Otherwise, you are looking at using NI's sbRIO boards that have a Real Time controller and FPGA on it.

However the price tag (only available on direct request from NI) places this into a very different category than all the other single board IDEs.
