i m working on image quality assessment..
my project deals with the quality mesurement of a image.
here i consider three factors to measure the quality of the image:
1.structural distortion
2.luminanace distortion
3.contrast distortion
all these three values are assessed by group of people and each group individually will give the garde to the quality of image.All these group results and above three factor values are combined using neural network...
by taking the average value of the all grades we will decide the quality of the image.
My challenges are:
1.how to give the above three facotrs for a image in labview?
2.how to build a neural network in labview?
