First I would suggest that you take both LabVIEW training and programming courses.
Second, attached is what I gave you originally, written to exactly replace what you posted.
I don't have 7.0 or any DAQ on this machine so I used stub vi's to represent the express vi's.
Replace the stubs with the express vi's and you will be good to go.
If you still can't get it to work I would suggest contracting the software out.

I will, but then the fact is that I have to do the program for my final year project so i have to learn Labview in a short time...
